We are builders,
technicians and
real estate advisors.
But above all, we are people
who speak clearly.
At Oliva, we combine construction, technical architecture and real estate management to help you make decisions with confidence. We don’t just show properties or carry out works: we analyse, detect risks, explain options and accompany you with technical criteria and honesty.
Let's talk about your project
Three worlds. One single team.
Construction
Renovations and works with no surprises.
You know the real picture on day one,
and at the end as well.
Technical architecture
Certificates, reports, ITEs, inspections.
With technical criteria,
not just a stamp.
Real estate
Buying and renting
with honest listings.
We tell you what’s good
and what’s not, before anyone else.
When we look at a property, we don’t just see a sale.
We see the structure, the installations, the renovation it will need and how much it will cost.
“We prefer losing a sale
than losing your trust.”
An informed client decides better, negotiates better,
and never regrets it. That’s why we don’t rush to close:
we rush to explain everything to you.
Method, rigour and transparency
Technical inspection
Humidity, installations,
cracks, carpentry, structure.
What you see and what you don’t.
Neighbourhood analysis
On foot, at different hours.
Noise, smells, parking,
transport, commerce.
Homeowners’ association
Minutes, assessments, works
approved and known conflicts.
Everything.
Transparent report
In writing. Defects,
solutions, costs and room
for negotiation.
Shall we talk about your project?
Tell us what you have in mind and we’ll advise you with complete confidentiality.
